The Washington State Chapter of the APDA is delighted to tell you about our Taxi Voucher Program.

This program is for those who are unable to drive due to Parkinson's disease or the Parkinson's medications they are taking.

We will provide each client with $300 worth of Taxi Vouchers for 1 year and all we ask for is a letter from their physician stating that they are no longer able to drive due to Parkinson's disease Then forward the letter with your name and address to the address below and we will send the vouchers.

This program has proved to be the most successful program our Chapter has initiated and has given back independence to so many who were unable to get out of their homes to go to their doctors appointments or just to get a cup of coffee.

The taxi voucher program is only available in Washington State.
